I feel lucky they were there - no long wait for a plumber for an ongoing issue. This is the first time I write a business review and I’m very happy to finally do so and with a positive review. I contacted Rooter Experts and Drain Cleaning when my basement got flooded last month. I searched Google for a company that can help us with this massive drain clog in our home and I called the first one that came up in my search which was Rooter. I was very lucky because as soon as I called very early in the morning the owner Everest answered and he was very nice to deal with from the beginning. He came right away and answered all my questions from A to Z. As soon as I told him I have a baby and a small child he took even more concern and interest in helping us quickly. He offered his undivided attention and also recommended us to a great water remediation company. Anytime I had a question even after his work was done he always answered my questions, he kept in touch to see how everything was going, and gave me honest advice and his undivided attention; is very helpful in anything that the customer needs. He ultimately just wants to make the customer happy and be very satisfied with his work and with the relationship they can build with him. I would undoubtedly recommend Everest and his company Rooter Experts and Drain Cleaning anytime 100% as it helped us fix our problem right away and his work went far and beyond. He was truly a blessing to find!

I called for a leaking toilet bowl and within 15 minutes the technician arrived. He was very professional and nice. Explained very well on what needs to be done to do the repair. He completed the job quickly and cleanly and with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company and just became my go to plumber. Great job and thank you!

I had used Rooter experts during the Labor Day weekend in 2023. They replaced a broken toilet and Everest came in immediately and did the job for $350 which was a great price! So, keeping that experience in mind, we had called them for a toilet clog. Someone from their place came in the next day itself and the job hardly took few minutes. But we were charged $275 for a few mins worth of work. We tried reasoning with the person who did the work. But it wasn’t favorable and we still ended up paying a hefty price for a few minutes worth of work. I had given a 5 star review last year. I’m downgrading it due to the experience we had today. I feel that the rate they charge should be based on the time spent on the job and the expertise that is required to do it. For a toilet clog that hardly took less than 5 mins to complete should not be charged an exorbitant price like this!!!

My underground sprinkle system got damaged while digging a hole in the ground so I asked Rooter Experts if they had a technician available to come and assess the damage. Shortly, I received a response from Everest confirming his availability, despite his busy schedule. He evaluated the damaged and provided me with a reasonable estimate on the fly. The damaged (broken pipes) was then repaired on the same day. Great job Everest for your quick response and able to expedite the job. I would highly recommend Rooter Expert for any drain system and plumbing work as well as other odd jobs like this one. 👍👍

It was an extremely smooth and easy experience working with Everest. He came quickly, did a camera inspection of the sewer line, and found that the main drain was collapsed. He gave a very reasonable quote and communicated all of the details of the job, answering all of my questions. Within four days, he had gotten the necessary permits and was ready to do the work. The digging up of the street, replacement of the sewer drain up to the main line, and cleaning was completed in one day. Overall, it was great working with them!
